PT Multi Terminal Indonesia as of April 1 2024 officially uses Single ERP SAP, Single ERP SAP itself is a form of strategic initiative for the implementation of the Enterprise Architect and IT Master Plan. This SAP ERP implementation is in line with the program that has been carried out within the Pelindo Group since January 1 2023.

In order to go live with the SAP ERP system, MTI is socializing the payment system mechanism to service users/customers with the aim and objective of making it easier for service users to carry out payment transactions using the web-based CSS (Customer Self Service) application. The CSS application itself can be accessed via https://portalmti.id, which is an eservice portal, a portal used by service users/customers to get payment codes and invoices/notes, including finding out outstanding.

The use of integrated SAP ERP really supports MTI operations in running business in real-time, ensuring more effective planning and decision making. Operational activities and workloads are simplified and business processes are integrated across all company divisions including finance, accounting, procurement, maintenance and human resources.

The benefits of using the SAP ERP system include making data interaction easier and business adoption more practical, standardized processes in all Pelindo work areas, maintaining data integrity, efficiency and ease in financial service processes, reporting and consolidation.
